Cleveland - N4A is excited to launch the 14th annual Steve McDonnell Professional Development Institute (PDI)! Named after the program's founder, PDI's mission is to create and maintain a learning community that transmits, creates, and preserves the knowledge that defines the profession. After completion of the program, PDI continues to educate its graduates as it is designed to provide continuous professional development.
The 2018 PDI will be held from June 22-24, preceding the 2018 N4A National Convention. PDI and Convention will both be held at the Gaylord National Resort & Convention Center in Washington, DC.
The 2018 PDI will host two tracks:
To ensure that the 2018 PDI is a great success, the Institute will provide recognized faculty from higher education and athletics communities, all meals, program materials, and continuing education in the form of mentoring and distance learning. If selected, the enrollee or his/her institution will be responsible for travel and lodging costs associated with the 2 ½ day workshop.
