CLEVELAND - The National Alliance of Two Year College Athletic Administrators (NATYCAA) announced the winter leaders of the 2011-12 NATYCAA Cup Standings. Iowa Central CC leads the scholarship college division with 123.0 points, SUNY Delhi is winning the non-scholarship division with 91.0 points and Fresno City leads the State Associations standings with 129.5 points.
