Why did you become involved in NADIIIAA and what has the experience been like so far?
I got involved with NADIIIAA because I wanted to be part of an organization that had a direct impact on the NCAA III Athletics.

What do you consider to be your greatest accomplishment to date?
My greatest accomplishment to date is the direct impact that I along with my colleagues have on our student-athletes collegiate experience daily.

What is the most important skill you have developed in your career?
The ability to listen without passing any judgement.

What is your favorite part of being involved in DIII athletics?
The relationships that you develop with the student-athletes. 

If you didn't have a career in DIII athletics administration, what would you be doing?
Car salesperson.

What is your favorite place to visit?
The beach.

What is your favorite sporting event you have ever attended?
Any college football game that I have attended.

What is the best piece of advice you have ever received? 
To stay humble, be hungry, and always hustle.

About NADIIIAA: NADIIIAA is an association comprised of athletics administrators from the nearly 450 institutions and 43 conferences competing at the NCAA Division III level.  A primary purpose of NADIIIAA is to encourage the continued development of athletics programs focused on the student-athlete and based on sound educational philosophy.
