Description
Serve as the primary staff person responsible for planning and executing the marketing plans for women's ?basketball, volleyball, baseball and swimming and diving. Maximize home game attendance, enhance game ?day atmosphere and reinforce the University's commitment to campus and community engagement. ?Responsible for managing all aspects of the athletics promotions' internship program.?
Qualifications
Required:
Bachelor's degree.
Minimum of two years experience in marketing, promotions, and event managment.
Creativity, organization, and excellent communication skills.
Knowledge of and an interest in athletics.
Ability and commitment to adhere to all Purdue University, Big Ten Conference, and NCAA rules and regulations.
Preferred:
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Management or related field.
Experience in athletic promotions.
Additional Information:
Willingness to work nights and weekends as it related to athletic events.
Ability to lift and carry 10 to 25 pounds frequently and up to 40 pounds occassionally.
FLSA: Exempt (Not Eligible For Overtime)
