It is awarded annually to a female graduate assistant coach in recognition of her contribution to a collegiate women's basketball program and her commitment to becoming a coach of women's basketball.

- Completed a professional workshop held by the WBCA and NCAA in Cleveland, Ohio during the 2007 Women's Final Four.
