- Assist with aiding customers with billing, device, or rate plan inquires.
- Provide service to customers as well as following Customer Rules.
Texas Tech University, Teaching Assistant (2007-2009)
- Educated students on the importance of a healthy lifestyle through exercise and diet.
- Played a key role with conducting students in labs such as biomechanics, lifespan motor development and sport management
