AT&T, Customer Service Representative (June 2009-Present)

• Assist with aiding customers with billing, device, or rate plan inquires.
• Provide service to customers as well as following Customer Rules.

Texas Tech University, Teaching Assistant (2007-2009)

• Educated students on the importance of a healthy lifestyle through exercise and diet.
• Played a key role with conducting students in labs such as biomechanics, lifespan motor development and sport management

Texas Tech University Athletics, Internship in Sport Administration (2008-2009)

• Developed knowledge of sport management through areas of athletic administration, marketing and promotion and running athletic facilities.
• Gained an understanding of NCAA rules and regulations, policies and procedures, as well as athletic compliance within the athletic department.
