 NACDA Employment Opportunities Western Oregon University is seeking a Director of Business Operations for Athletics. This is a full-time, 12-month, annually renewable position. The Director of Business operations reports directly to the Director of Athletics and serves on the senior management team for the Department of Athletics. WOU is a NCAA Division II member of the Great Northwest Athletic Conference competing in 13 team sports: Women's Basketball, Volleyball, Soccer, Track and Field, Cross Country, and Softball and Men's Baseball, Basketball, Football, Track and Field, and Cross Country. Located in Monmouth, Oregon near Salem, WOU is a school of over 6,000 students and is one of the seven universities in the publically funded Oregon University System. WOU is the only Division II NCAA program in the State of Oregon.
