Nick Batista Position: Intern College/University: Montana

Nick Batista joins NACDA from the University of Montana, where he recently graduated with a bachelor's degree in marketing.

Batista was a senior marketing intern and director of the student fan club for the Grizzlies, where he coordinated promotional events for the football and basketball teams. He also handled the behind the scenes operations for home soccer and basketball games, and directed half-time and time-out events for various teams. Batista managed the two-time Capital One "Mascot of the Year" appearances for Monte, as well as his game day schedule for football and basketball games.

In addition to his work in the marketing department, Batista served as a budget analyst for the Montana athletics department, managing the budget of all sports. He has also spent time with the American Legion Baseball and the Helena Brewers Baseball organizations.

Batista is a student member of NACMA and will work with NACMA, FCS ADA, CABMA, Under Armour Athletics Director of the Year Award and the Northeast Ohio Chapter of the National Football Foundation while at NACDA.
