NAADD Announces 2013-14 Officers and Executive Committee

CLEVELAND - The members of the National Association of Athletic Development Directors (NAADD) elected Colorado's Associate Athletic Director Jim Senter, to serve as President in 2013-14.  Senter replaces Stephen Ponder, senior executive associate AD for external relations, University of Mississippi, who served as President during 2011-12.

"NAADD had another outstanding Convention in 2013, and I want to thank Stephen, our Officers, Executive Committee and Conference Representatives for helping make that possible," stated Senter.  "I am excited to continue that momentum into 2014 and look forward to leading our Association during the upcoming year."

Also elected to serve as officers for the 2013-14 were - 1st Vice President Kay Hargrave, senior associate athletics director - development at Auburn University; 2nd Vice President/Secretary Treasurer Bill Ring, director of leadership gifts at Boston University; and 3rd Vice President/Treasurer Scarlett Schmidt

New members of the 2012-13 Executive Committee include Sarah Baumgartner, associate athletics director, development, University of Missouri; Jim Harris, senior associate athletics director, development, University of South Florida and Steve Novak, assistant athletics director, athletics development, Boston College.

These new committee members join Rick Darnell, senior associate athletics director of development at the University of Illinois; Dirk Katstra, senior associate athletics director and executive director of the Virginia Athletics Foundation; and Josh Rebholz, associate athletics director - development at UCLA.
