On February 6, the National Association of Athletic Development Directors (NAADD) announced the formation of the NAADD Diversity Initiative Program.

The Initiative will provide minority and female collegiate athletics professionals with a $1,000 grant to attend the annual NAADD/NACDA Conventions.

The goal of the NAADD Diversity Initiative Program is to identify top-flight minority and/or female administrators who desire to excel in intercollegiate athletics development and fund raising. The Initiative seeks individuals who want to advance their athletics administration career, enhance professional ability to raise funds for their institution, and create valuable networking opportunities with numerous collegiate athletics administrators.

NAADD has partnered with the Minority Opportunities Athletic Association (MOAA) to showcase this opportunity for minority and/or female professionals.  

Both the NAADD and MOAA nominations forms can be found below.  If you are applying for the NAADD grant, you must be a member of NAADD.  If you are applying for the MOAA grant, you must be a member of MOAA. 

Deadline for the NAADD nominations is Friday, March 30, while the MOAA deadline is Friday, April 20.
