Dan Cloran begins his 8th year at Xavier University in Cincinnati, Ohio. He is the Executive Director of The All for One Club, Xavier's athletic development program. He is also the Director for Xavier's Annual Fund and oversees all University Alumni Activities.

Cloran launched Xavier's athletic development program during the 02/03 academic year and titled it after the motto of Xavier's Musketeer mascot: "All for One and One for All". He is responsible for all athletic capital projects and athletic annual fund programs which operate separately from the Cintas Center premium seating program.

Xavier's overall annual fund has doubled under Cloran's supervision and a reorganized national alumni association was re-constituted during the 08/09 academic year.

Prior to his arrival at Xavier, Cloran was a development consultant with Field Development Consultants, Inc and also managed all development and alumni activity at Cincinnati Moeller High School.

Cloran is a 1992 graduate of the University of Dayton with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Marketing.

Dan and his wife Erin have four children: Joey, Callie, Tommy and Emma.
