For recruiting proposals (2011-28 through 2011-61), please identify the following:

Any proposals which will increase or decrease the monitoring burden on your compliance office. Please estimate the increase or decrease (e.g. reduction of 5 hours per month of monitoring, increase of $5,000 for technology). |

Any proposals which have significant interpretive issues. If an interpretive issues exists, please provide a situational example and if possible a question for clarification from the sponsor of the proposal. |

Any proposals which would not be practically enforceable if adopted. |
