This year, all attendees are asked to stay at the Courtyard Austin Downtown/Convention Center, which has 270 guestrooms. The hotel is located on Austin's East 4th Street, 20 minutes away from the Austin-Bergstrom International Airport and just 6 minutes away from the Workshop site and host, the University of Texas.

Room rates are $174 plus tax for single and double occupancy. The cutoff for reservations with the NAACC rate is June 24, 2007. There is a 6:00 p.m. cancellation policy meaning that all room cancellations must be made by 6:00 p.m. on the day of intended arrival. Check-in time is 3:00 p.m., with checkout at 12:00 p.m.

The hotel is equipped with a host of modern amenities. For the guests' convenience, the hotel offers a Starbucks Coffee and Champion's Sports Bar and Grill. The Courtyard Austin Downtown/Convention Center also features high speed internet, a fitness center, hot tub and indoor pool.

Some local attractions include the Austin Bats, Lone Star Riverboats and Capital Cruises. These, as well as other area attractions, are at the attendee's own expense and not included as part of the Workshop.

NAACC members can make hotel reservations online. The NAACC member rate at the Courtyard Austin Downtown/Convention Center is $174 for single and double occupancy rooms. When making hotel reservations, remember to identify yourself as a NAACC member to receive the discounted rate!

Cancellations/Changes
The Courtyard Austin Downtown/Convention Center must receive cancellations before 6:00 p.m. CDT on the day of arrival to receive a full refund. Cancellations that occur after 6:00 p.m. will result in forfeiture of the cost of that night's stay.

Hotel Rates and Taxes
Take advantage of special rates by booking your reservation by June 24, 2007. All rates are per room and are subject to 15% tax (subject to change). (A tax exemption form must be presented to the hotel at check-in if you are tax exempt).
