Best Practices for Managing the NCAA Academic Progress Rate (APR)

This webinar is designed to serve as an educational tool. Our goal is to provide various institutional representatives with valuable information to utilize on their campuses. It is our hope this webinar will enhance as well as confirm your campus' APR efforts related to your institution's Academic Performance Program.

The APR Webinar will include:

  • A brief definition of key terms as well as an overview of the NCAA APR requirements.
  • A best practice model including a step-by-step process for APR Data Collection.
  • Example forms and documents utilized to enhance an institution's ability to manage and forecast APR results.
  • Identification of key campus personnel and their role in the APR process (a best practice example).
  • Relevant information from the NCAA regarding data collection, APR audits, and waiver submission.
  • Information regarding an NCAA APR reviews and best practices for managing the process on campus.
  • Access to a recorded version of the APR webinar via the NAAC website for members of NAAC.
  • Access to previous NAAC webinars via the NAAC website for members of NAAC.
