Lynn Holzman, Director of Academic and Membership Affairs. Lynn has been a director with the Academic and Membership Affairs (AMA) staff since 2001 and has been at the NCAA national office and with AMA since 1996.

Holzman received a bachelor's degree in exercise science from Kansas State University, a master's degree in sports administration from the University of North Carolina, Chapel Hill, and a master's of business administration from Purdue University.

While at Kansas State, she was a member of and captain of the women's basketball team.

Lynn's responsibilities include the oversight of the legislation team, which is responsible for drafting proposals and manual production for all three divisions, AMA technology initiatives, and the regional rules seminars. She is a part of the academic and membership affairs management team and involved in various internal operations, including AMA's business performance management.

Holzman also serves as a liaison for the NCAA Division I Legislative Council, the Division I Women's Basketball Issues Committee and the Committee on Women's Athletics. She is an active member and on the Board of Directors of the National Association of Collegiate Women Athletic Administrators.

Holzman is originally from North Royalton, Ohio.
