ICLA Announces Second Webinar of 2017-18 Membership Year

Nov. 21, 2017

The ICLA Board of Directors is pleased to announce that the Association's second webinar of the 2017-18 membership year will take place Tuesday, December 5 at 1 p.m. ET. The webinar is titled “What Happens In Vegas:  Navigating the Winter Symposium and Tailgate Show.”  We are just a little over a month away from the first Winter Symposium to be collocated with the Sports Licensing Tailgate Show.  In preparation, we thought it would be great to provide different ideas on how to get the most out of your experience from different perspectives.

Our panel will consist of Shelly Terry (Associate Director of Trademarks and Licensing at The University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill), Ryan Dourney, (Licensing Director at Victory Tailgate), and Matt Lawson, Sales Director for the Sports Licensing & Tailgate Show).  Shelly will share her institutional perspective on the approach to getting the most out of the educational sessions, networking, and best practices in tackling the tradeshow floor.  Ryan will share his perspective from the vendor side and Matt, will share his perspective from coordinating the Sports Licensing Tailgate Show.

To register for this webinar, CLICK HERE. A confirmation email containing a calendar invite and specific details will be sent to you after registering.

Special thanks to members of the 2017-18 ICLA Mentorship Program for coordinating this webinar including mentees Amy Baker (Dartmouth College), Matt Chambers (Utah Valley University), and Deanna Damon (TCU), and mentors Jeff Church (Levelwear) and Tami Breymeyer (Kansas State University).
