2009 ICLA Winter Symposium Registration Information
Sept. 23, 2008 The cut-off date for early bird registration for the 2009 ICLA Winter Symposium is January 5th, 2009. The registration price through January 5th is $310 and you will recieve your name badge and registration materials in the mail. After January 5th, the registration prices becomes $335. If your registration is recieved by January 5th 2009, your badge will be mailed to you at least two weeks before the event. Badges will not be sent to countries outside the U.S. Residents of other countries may pick up badges on site at the CAMEX Scan & Go Stations. You will need your confirmation with barcode. If your registration is recieved after January 5, 2009 your badge and tickets (if applicable) can be picked up at the CAMEX Scan & Go Stations. You will need your confirmation with barcode. After Feb. 6, 2009, pre-registration will be closed and you may register or purchase tickets at the CAMEX registration desk in Anaheim, California. In order to recieve a refund, you must notify NACS in writing by mail, e-mail or fax before Feb. 22, 2009. Tickets and badges must be returned to the NACS Registrar before your refund will be processed. No refunds will be made after Feb. 22 of for no-shows.
