This year, all attendees will be housed at the Anaheim Marriott, which offers 31 luxurious suites, 678 double bed rooms, 313 king bedded rooms for a total of 1,032 guest rooms. The hotel is located in the heart of the exciting Anaheim Resort sizzling with attractions and entertainment. Walking distance to Downtown Disney District, an outdoor promenade with resturants, theatres, and shopping in a tropical setting. Anaheim GardenWalk and the Anaheim Convention Center are just steps away. The Anaheim Marriott is also nearby the sporting events/concerts at the Honda Center and Angels Stadium.
Room rates are $176 plus tax for single and $196 plus tax for double occupancy, with an on-site parking fee of $20/day (USD) or $27/day (USD) for valet parking. The cutoff for reservations with the ICLA rate is December 15, 2008. There is a 72 hour prior to arrival cancellation policy. Check-in time is 4:00 p.m., with checkout at 12:00 noon.
The hotel is equipped with a host of modern amenities. For the guest' convenience, each room is equipped with cable television movies, video messages, voice mail, and express check out as well as high speed internet access. Guests can also enjoy daily complimentary newspaper delivery and room service at our hotel in Anaheim.
Local attractions include DisneyLand, The Angels Stadium, Knotts berry Farm, Newport Beach, Universal Studios, Anaheim Convention Center, and the Anaheim GardenWalk.

ICLA members can make hotel reservations online. The ICLA member rate at the Anaheim Marriott is $176 for single and $196 for double occupancy rooms. Although the site identifies the meeting as CAMEX, it is also used by attendees of the ICLA Winter Symposium. The ICLA access code is: ICLA09
Please print the Housing Reservation Form. This form is also used by ICLA members attending the ICLA Winter Symposium. It can be returned via fax to (714) 776-2688 (Domestic). A valid credit card is required to confirm fax reservation requests. Reservations can also be mailed to: CAMEX Housing Bureau, PO Box 4270, Anaheim, California, 92803. If the form is received without a valid deposit it will not be processed. If you register via mail or fax be sure to state that you are a member of ICLA.
All Rooms must be guaranteed with a deposit of one night tax per room, payable by check or credit card/ Requests cannot be processed without one of the following guarantees.

Make payable to "CAMEX Housing Bureau" and mail along with your hotel reservation form to the address provided under the "Reservations" section above. Checks will be cashed upon receipt by the CAMEX housing bureau.
The CAMEX Housing Bureau must recieve cancellations on or prior to Jan. 22, 2009 to avoid a penalty. Any cancellations recieved after Jan. 22, 2009 will be assessed a $35 cancellation fee, to be charged seven days after cancellation.
Please use the CAMEX housing bureau through Feb. 11, 2009. Beginning Feb. 12, cancellations/changes must be directed to your confirmed hotel. Cancellations must be recieved within 72 hours prior to arrival or the hotel will charge one night room and tax.
The CAMEX Housin Bureau will send you an acknowledgment of your reservation. Please review all information for accuracy. You will not recieve a written confirmation from your hotel.
E-mail acknowledgemens will be sent within 72 hours of your reservation being processed, if you provide an e-mail address.
Faxed and mailed acknowledgments will be sent within 10-14 days of your reservation being processed. If unable to send an e-mail acknowledgment, the Housing Bureau will attempt to send the aclnowledgment via fax. If unable to send via fax, a mailed acknowledgment will be sent.
