This year, all attendees will be housed at the Rosen Centre, which offers 80 luxurious suites and an additional 1,254 deluxe guest rooms, for a total of 1,334 guest rooms. Rosen Centre is located on the famous International Drive, adjacent to the Orange County Convention Center, the country’s second largest convention center. Rosen Centre is at the center of Orlando’s famous theme parks, only 15 minutes from downtown Orlando, just a short stroll from the Pointe Orlando shopping, dining and entertainment complex, and only 12 minutes from Orlando International Airport.

Room rates are $199 plus tax for either single or double occupancy, with an on-site parking fee of $6/day (USD) for self parking, $12/day (USD) for valet parking, and $15/night for overnight parking. The cutoff for reservations with the ICLA rate is December 14, 2009. Thereafter, ICLA room blocks will be released and hotels may charge higher rates. Reservation cancellations will result in a $75, $125, or $200 per room cancellation fee. If you do not arrive at the hotel on the date indicated, you will be considered a “no-show,” your credit card will be charged one night’s room and tax, and the hotel will cancel your room reservation in its entirety. Check-in time is 3:00 p.m., with checkout at 11:00 a.m.

The hotel provides a host of modern amenities. For the guests' convenience, each room features high-speed Internet access, cable TVs with in-room movies and video folio review/check-out, in-room safes, hairdryers, irons and ironing boards, computerized card key locks, voice mail and data ports. ADA rooms are also available.

Local attractions include SeaWorld Adventure Park, Universal Orlando Resort, Walt Disney World Resort, Orlando Downtown, and Pointe Orlando shopping & entertainment complex.

Online Registration
ICLA members can make hotel reservations online. The ICLA member rate at the Rosen Centre Hotel is $199 plus tax. Although the site identifies the meeting as CAMEX, it is also used by attendees of the ICLA Winter Symposium. Once in the housing site, select Attendee, enter the following code: ICLA NACS 2010, and enter your dates. The Rosen Centre will automatically be brought up. A valid credit card is required to confirm online reservation requests.

Cancellations/Changes 
Cancellations received Jan. 11-Jan. 25, 2010 will be charged a $75 per room cancellation fee. Cancellations received Jan. 26-Feb. 18, 2010 will be charged a $125 per room cancellation fee. Reservations cancelled Feb. 19, 2010 until arrival date will be charged a $200 per room cancellation fee. If you do not arrive at the hotel on the date indicated, you will be considered a “no-show,” your credit card will be charged one night’s room and tax, and the hotel will cancel your room reservation in its entirety.
