Starting in the summer of 1999, Mike Ross began his career at Top of the World in the customer service department. He quickly transitioned into the Art/Licensing department in 2000 and was promoted as the Director of Licensing that same year. He has been in this position since then and has seen TOW ascend to become the top licensee for collegiate headwear in our industry. In addition to his experience at Top of the World, Mike has worked in the healthcare field for over 12 years and has a sociology degree from Oklahoma. Mike and his wife reside in Noble (Okla.) with their two sons. |
