CLEVELAND -- The Division 2 Athletics Directors Association (D2 ADA) has selected the four (4) recipients of the Borden Perlman Professional Development Grant to attend the 2018 National Association of Collegiate Directors of Athletics (NACDA) Convention in Washington, D.C.
Grant recipients receive a monetary award to help cover expenses associated with registration and travel expenses for a member to attend the 2018 NACDA Convention, which takes place Thursday -Saturday, June 28-30, at the Gaylord National Resort in Washington, D.C.
"The D2 ADA would like to thank Kelly Myers and Borden Perlman Insurance Agency for its 15 years of continued support of our Association," said D2 ADA President Scott Wiegandt, Director of Athletics at Bellarmine University. "The grant allows the Association to continue providing resources for our membership to attend and participate in educational and engagement opportunities at the Convention in June."
The following D2 ADA members are recipients of the 2018 Borden Perlman Insurance Agency Professional Development Grant:
- Jeff Eisen – University of Mount Olive
- Gail Barksdale – Sonoma State University
- Cindy McKnight – Ursuline College
- Jason Boothe – Dixie State University
