Cleveland, Ohio -- The members of the Division I-AAA Athletics Directors Association (D1-AAA ADA have chosen Pat Meiser, director of athletics at the University of Hartford, to serve as president for 2006-07.

Also elected to serve DI-AAA ADA for the 2006-07 term were 1st Vice President Lee Reed, director of athletics at Cleveland State University; 2nd Vice President Jack McDonald, director of athletics at Quinnipiac University;  3rd Vice President Jean Lenti Ponsetto, director of athletics at DePaul University; and Secretary Gary Cunningham, director of athletics at the University of California Santa Barbara. Ken Kavanagh, director of athletics at Bradley University continues to serve as treasurer.

Additionally, Mike Gilleran, commissioner of the West Coast Conference; and athletics directors Bob Byrnes, Manhattan College; Jim Jarrett, Old Dominion University; Brian Quinn, California State University Fullerton; Larry Williams, University of Portland; and Stan Williamson, Campbell University; were added to the Executive Committee.
