Oregon and Azusa Pacific (Calif.) Lead DI and NAIA Learfield Sports Directors' Cup Standings

Cleveland, Ohio - Oregon is the leader after the first fall Learfield Sports Directors' Cup standings. The Ducks lead Stanford by 39 points, 190-151. Oregon finished first and second respectively at the men's and women's cross country national meets.

The Cardinal of Stanford finished third at the men's cross country national meet and placed eighth on the women's side.

Washington took home the women's cross country title and finished 18th on the men's side for a total of 138 points in the first set of standings.

Princeton is sitting in fourth with 135 points after a pair of fifth place finishes in women's cross country and field hockey.

Rounding out the top-five is Virginia with 130 points. The Cavaliers finished fifth in women's field hockey, 14th in men's cross country and 26th overall in the women's cross country.

NAIA

Cleveland, Ohio - Azusa Pacific (Calif.) is the leader after the first fall Learfield Sports Directors' Cup standings. The Cougars lead Malone (Ohio) by 12.5 points, 190.00-177.50. Azusa Pacific (Calif.) finished first at the women's cross country national meet and second at the men's cross country meet.

The Pioneers of Malone (Ohio) tallied two top-five finishes, including the men's cross country national title. The women's cross country team placed fourth in the national meet.

With 144.00 points, Indiana Institute of Technology is in third place. The Warriors finished fifth in men's cross country and tallied a seventh place showing on the women's side.

Rounding out the top-five is Cal State San Marcos and Cedarville (Ohio). The Cougars of Cal State San Marcos had a third place showing at the women's cross country meet and a 12th place finish by the men's squad for 139.00 points.

 

 

The Yellow Jackets of Cedarville have 126.00 points after finishing second in women's cross country and 19th in men's cross country.
