Adams State (Colo.) and Amherst (Mass.) Open Fall Season Atop the DII and DIII U.S. Sports Academy Directors' Cup Standings

Division II - Adams State (Colo.) leads the first set of U.S. Sports Academy Directors' Cup fall standings. The Grizzlies have accumulated 185 total points after a first place finish in women's cross country and a third place finish in men's cross country.

Four of the seven fall NCAA championships have been completed with the following institutions capturing titles: women's cross country (Adams State), men's cross country (Abilene Christian) and women's field hockey (Bloomsburg, Pa.).

Division III - Amherst (Mass.) is the leader after the first fall U.S. Sports Academy Directors' Cup standings. The Lord Jeffs have posted 227 points after the finish of four fall championships. Amherst captured the women's cross country national title, finished fifth overall in women's volleyball and placed 12th in men's cross country.

Four of the seven fall NCAA championships have been completed with the following institutions capturing titles: women's cross country (Amherst), men's cross country (New York), women's field hockey (Bowdoin, Me.) and women's volleyball (Washington, Mo.).
