The following is exhibit information for the Annual Convention of the National Association of Collegiate Directors of Athletics (NACDA), the National Association of Collegiate Marketing Administrators (NACMA), National Association of Athletic Development Directors (NAADD) and the International Collegiate Licensing Association (ICLA). The exhibit show will be held at the New Orleans Marriott, New Orleans, Louisiana, June 20-22, 2006.

All four associations will meet at the same time, with one combined Exhibit Hall. During the Convention, you will be able to interact with administrators who purchase athletics equipment and supplies for the nation's colleges and universities. You will also see individuals directly responsible for the marketing, fund raising and licensing aspects of an athletics department. Exhibitors will have access to the two luncheons and unlimited access to all general sessions, breakouts and round tables.

Set up for the Exhibit Hall will begin on Monday, June 19 at 8:00 a.m. and should be completed Tuesday, June 20 by 2:00 p.m. Tear down will be Thursday evening, June 22, following the reception and Friday, June 23. All exhibits must be torn down and ready for shipping by 12:00 noon on Friday, June 23. This year, please note, booths are 8'x10' and the cost is $2,950.

Exhibit show hours are Tuesday, June 20, 4:00 - 7:00 p.m.; Wednesday, June 21, 4:00 - 7:00 p.m.; and Thursday, June 22, 4:00 - 7:00 p.m. The Exhibit Hall will not be open in the mornings. All evening receptions are being held in the Exhibit Hall (Grand and Mardi Gras Ballrooms).

Please complete the Application & Contract with your booth choices, company name, address, description of your product, phone, fax and e-mail, including credit card payment and your choice of category. If your space has been assigned to another exhibitor, we will assign a space as equitably as possible (see floor plan). Assignment of space is based on the order in which the contracts are received. Remember to indicate the category or categories (limit of three) you want to be listed under in the Convention program.
