Cleveland, Ohio - The National Association of Collegiate Directors of Athletics (NACDA) has announced that Bonnie Bernstein and Robert Smith of ESPN will emcee the James J. Corbett Awards Luncheon and the U.S. Sports Academy Directors' Cup Awards Luncheon at the 2008 NACDA Convention, held at the Hilton Anatole Hotel in Dallas, Texas.

Bernstein, the emcee of the Corbett Awards Luncheon to be held Tuesday, June 10, has 15 years of broadcasting experience with ESPN, ABC Sports, and CBS Sports. She currently serves as the reporter for ESPN on ABC Saturday afternoon college football games and is also a rotating host and feature reporter on several ESPN programs.

Smith, the emcee of the Directors' Cup Awards Luncheon to be held Wednesday, June 11, currently works for ESPN as a college football analyst. Before his television career, Smith was a successful running back at Ohio State University and for the NFL's Minnesota Vikings. While at OSU, Smith broke the freshman rushing record previously held by 2-time Heisman Trophy winner Archie Griffin, and in Minnesota, he finished his 8-year career as the Vikings' all-time leading rusher with 6,818 yards.
