We would like to formally invite athletics conferences/groups/associations to meet with us during our Convention. If you wish to schedule a meeting, please complete the registration form and return it to the NACDA office by THURSDAY, FEBRUARY 21 (faxes will be accepted at 440-892-4007). All forms received after February 21 will be accepted on a space available basis. Please use a separate form for each meeting, making additional copies of this form as necessary.

The window for meetings during the NACDA Convention is Saturday, June 7 to Thursday, June 12. NACDA Convention general sessions will have first priority in room selections for the meeting space. All other meetings will be given meeting space on a first-come, first-served basis. The three main days of the NACDA Convention are Monday-Wednesday, June 9-11, thus limiting the available meeting space on those days.

Meetings that conflict with any of NACDA's general sessions must be rescheduled for a different time.

You will be contacted directly by the Hilton Anatole Hotel to finalize the catering needs for your meetings. Direct billing will also be set up with the hotel at that time. Please note, it is the financial responsibility of your conference/group/association for any catering or audio-visual equipment you request.
