Exhibit Dates/Hall Hours:
June 9 - 4:00-7:30 p.m.
(cocktail reception with hors d'oeuvres inside hall from 5:30-7:30 p.m.)
June 10 - 4:00-7:00 p.m.
(cocktail reception with hors d'oeuvres inside hall from 5:30-7:00 p.m.)
June 11 - 8:00-10:00 a.m.
(continental breakfast in the exhibit hall *)
*To encourage hall traffic on June 11, we will be conducting a drawing for attendees, which includes a complimentary suite at the World Center Marriott Resort and four (4) Disney park passes for the 2009 NACDA Convention in Orlando. The winner must be present to win. Exhibitors are not eligible.
Set Up/Tear Down:
Set Up - Begins on Sunday, June 8 at 8:00 a.m.
(must be set up no later than 2:00 pm on June 9)
Tear Down - Begins immediately following hall hours on Wednesday, June 11 at 10:00 a.m. You must be completely torn down and out of hall by midnight on June 11.
Space Rental: 10 X 10 space is $2950
Exhibitor Kit:
Carpet, tables, chairs, electricity and internet ordered through our decorator, TradeshowLogistics.
You will be sent an online password to access the kit in early Spring.
Hotel Reservation Rate:
$169 plus tax - single and double occupancy

(AD, Assoc./Asst. AD, Marketing, Fundraising, Licensing)
*Attendee lists will not be distributed prior to the event. Hard copy lists will be provided on site.
General Information:
Registration is online at www.nacda.com beginning Thursday, January 10th
Each 10 x 10 space includes (2) credentials. Additional credentials are $275 each
Credentials allow access to any general sessions, breakout sessions, round tables, social functions and the luncheons on Tuesday and Wednesday, June 10-11
Exhibitors will be listed in the Convention issue of our magazine, Athletics Administration
Exhibitors will be listed alphabetically and by category in our Convention Program Exhibit
