Brett Hickman Position: Assistant Athletics Director - Event Mgt & Facilities Institution: Wake Forest University

Brett Hickman graduated from Wake Forest University with a B.A in politics in 2002. Hickman started off not only as a student assistant for the operations department, but was also a member of the Men's basketball team his senior year under Skip Proser.

From 2002-2004, Hickman was the operations Intern. In 2004, Hickman was promoted and named the Assistant Director of operations. Then later promoted to Director of Operations in 2005. Hickman now serves as the Assistant Athletic Director of Event Management a position he has held since early 2008.

Hickman is the son of Karen Hickman, a teacher in Rock Hill S.C and Thomas Hickman, Athletic Director at Winthrop University.
