Question:

We are in the extreme exploratory stages of researching the construction of a nice, permanent, trophy case near the entrance to our athletic offices. Initial research indicates there are a lot of companies that supply stand alone trophy cases (which we are trying to replace), but I have not seen a lot of companies that build permanent display units that are tailored to the location in which they are placed.

Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

We just completed a "Hall of Honor" in our arena. We faced similar issues to what you are describing. SignCo our of Lincoln, NE constructed 5 display cases for this project. Chris Manschreck is our SignCo contac and he can be reached at 402/474-6646.
