The University at Buffalo Division of Athletics is seeking information from schools regarding their Trademarks and Licensing process. More specifically, what is the approval process for your department and/or vendor(s) who supply athletic uniform/equipment products containing approved marks to the University.

At Drake uniforms and products directly purchased by the athletic department are approved by the individual that handles our day to day approval through CLC. At this time it is our assistant AD for external affairs.
