Greetings from a first time caller, long time listener.

Any input you could provide regarding ticket order processing software would be greatly appreciated. I'm most interested in programs that are web based, which could facilitate on line ordering, while providing the services required from a ticket office: printing tickets; tracking seat availability and keeping updated sales data. We do not need all the bells and whistles, as our football stadium seats 12,000 and our basketball arena seats 8,500. I'm most interested in input from fellow 1-AA football schools.

Our current system runs us $5,000 annually. I'm hoping we can find a system that provides a wider range of services at less cost.
