The NACMA Best of Awards are back and submitting your nominations will be easier than ever!

Thanks to the genius of Old Hat Creative, all submissions are being accepted through the NACMA Online Library. The new format also allows for a new feature to the Best of Awards - People's Choice Winners! The winners in Promotional Video, Promotional Schedule Poster, Promotional T-shirt Design and Print Ad will now be chosen by you, our members.

A total of 13 awards categories are available. Each category will have a Gold, Silver and Bronze award winner in three Groups. Categories not designated for People's Choice voting will be judged by NACMA Past Presidents, NACMA Conference Reps or a panel of industry experts.

• Interactive Media/Social Media Promotion
• Any promotion conducted entirely electronically, either through email, social media, cellular phone/text messaging or online
• Promotional Video*
• TV Commercials or any video created and utilized to drive ticket sales
• Sales Piece
• Any single item used to promote ticket or sponsorship sales. Can be printed or electronic
• Season Ticket Sales Campaign
• All elements of a comprehensive campaign to sell new season tickets
• Video Board Segment
• Videos used in-arena/in-stadium to pump up your crowd. Can include intro videos, crowd prompts, hype videos, etc.
• New Revenue-Generating Idea
• Any promotion, sales campaign, fundraiser, auction, single event, etc. that resulted in the generation of revenue for your department. The submission should focus on the methods used to generate the new revenue and be supported by the impact it had on the bottom line.
• Promotional Schedule Poster *
• Promotional T-Shirt Design*
• Radio Commercial
• Single-Day Attendance Promotion/Gameday Entertainment
• Print Ad*
• Sponsorship Activation
• Student Promotion

To submit your work for the NACMA Best of Awards, simply follow these four (4) easy steps:

• Find your submission group by clicking here
• Login to the NACMA Online Library (www.nacmaonlinelibrary.com) and select "Upload a Best Practice"
• Complete the online form and upload your materials. Be sure to click the checkbox to "Nominate" your award, it is found right under the Title.
• Click "Submit"

The deadline to submit your entries is Friday, February 17.

ONLY ONE (1) submission will be considered per category.

The voting for People's Choice categories will begin in March. Check out the blog posts beginning in March to cast your vote.

All winners will be recognized at NACMA's 21st Annual Convention, June 25-28, 2012 at the Hilton Anatole in Dallas, TX.
