2008-09 NAADD Awards Program

The University Division includes all NCAA Division I institutions, while the College Division includes all colleges and institutions from NCAA Divisions II and III, NAIA and Junior/Community Colleges.

Deadline for submissions has passed

Fund Raiser of the Year
1. Nominees must have demonstrated significant achievement in athletics fund raising.

2. The accomplishments of the nominee should recognize achievements over the professional career of the individual, as well as the current year.

3. Nominee must be the head of athletics fund raising at the institution.

4. Nominees must be current NAADD members.

5. Athletics directors are not eligible for this award.

  • Fund Raiser of the Year - College Division


    Donor of the Year
    1. Nominees must have demonstrated significant contributions to college athletics, through philanthropic support and MUST BE nominated by a current NAADD member.

    2. Recognition of a donor need not be limited to this year, but can include significant involvement of the donor over several years.

    3. NAADD will recognize the individual(s) before a general session during the NAADD Convention and also at the Directors' Cup Awards Luncheon on Friday, June 19 during the annual NAADD Convention and will attempt to present the award at an event in the nominee's area during the 2008-09 academic year.

    Volunteer of the Year
    1. Nominees must have demonstrated significant contributions of time and energy toward raising monies for college athletics and MUST BE nominated by a current NAADD member.

    2. Recognition of a volunteer need not be limited to this year, but can include significant involvement of the volunteer over several years.

    3. NAADD will recognize the individual(s) before a general session during the NAADD Convention and also at the Directors' Cup Awards Luncheon on Friday, June 19 during the annual NAADD Convention and will attempt to present the award at an event in the nominee's area during the 2008-09 academic year.
