The members of the National Association for Athletics Compliance (NAAC) elected to have Tony Hernandez, senior associate athletics director at the University of Miami to serve as president during 2010-11. Hernandez takes over for Amy Folan, associate athletics director for compliance at the University of Texas, who served as President of the Association from in 2009-10.
