2009-10 ICLA Awards Program
Note: Nominations for each award will be reviewed and voted on by ICLA's Officers and Board of Directors.

Deadline for 2009-10 submissions is January 29th, 2010

Synergy Award - Collegiate Licensing Program of the Year
This honor is awarded annually to an exceptional "team" on campus or from a conference.

Nominees must:
1. Have demonstrated extraordinary commitment to collegiate licensing over the course of the past year that has directly contributed to the betterment of the industry and his/her place of employment.

2. Have made significant contributions to the collegiate licensing industry through innovative or new ideas during the current academic year.

3. Have played a vital role on-campus/in the industry through his/her leadership.

4. Have demonstrated teamwork/involvement from multiple components in the licensing process.

5. Be a current ICLA dues paying member from an institution, conference or bowl.

6. Nominations for this award do not carry over from year to year.

    Corporate Service Award
    This honor is awarded on a year to year basis and isn't necessarily awarded annually.

    Nominees must:
    1. Show commitment to parties involved in the collegiate licensing process either on the local, regional or national level - especially those on campus and at conferences and bowls - as partners, sponsors, agents or in other beneficial capacities.

    2. Display a willingness to work with parties in the collegiate licensing process that goes above and beyond the call of duty to service rendered by other companies, licensees, agents or affiliates.

    3. Be a current ICLA dues paying affiliate member (i.e., cannot be from a college/university or conference).

    4. Nominations for this award carry over one year.

  • Corporate Service Award


    Distinguished Service Award
    This honor is awarded on a year to year basis and isn't necessarily awarded annually.

    Nominees must:
    1. Have demonstrated a history of solid contributions to the field as a pioneer/innovator in the collegiate licensing industry or had a dramatic impact in the industry in recent years.

    2. Have worked in collegiate licensing or a related industry for a minimum of five (5) years.

    3. Obtain a unanimous approval rating from the Awards Committee for induction.

    4.a. Be a retired licensing administrator, or
    4.b. Be currently employed in collegiate licensing and maintain current membership status in ICLA.

    5. Nominations for this award carry over one year.
